Herbalist Sebastian Kneipp once said that growing Sage in your garden is like having your own pharmacy at hand. Some research suggests it helps with long-term memory, visionary thinking, and attention span. Sage’s botanical name comes from the Latin word “salvere”, which to no ones surprise means, “to be saved.” Sage is my savior, its scent, my origin story.
